Leadership Matters

Listening is an essential part of the communication process. An effective leader is an effective listener. Developing good listening skills informs and facilitates decision-making and builds positive relationships. According to Former Chrysler chairman Lee Iacocca, “Listening can make the difference between a mediocre company and a great one.” On today’s show, Dr. G and guests will discuss listening as a leadership skill; listening under stress; and developing listening skills that move you and the organization to the highest level.
