Leadership Matters

2011 ADVANCE participants from the East Coast, West Coast and Midwest will share insights gained from engaging in the ADVANCE forum. Does race continue to matter and be an issue in America? Systems, power, and culture- Can one have an inclusive workforce in the midst of a hierarchical organization? What does identity education and personality have to do with cultural competence?
