Nobody Special

Danny and Caleb sit down and discuss the western church and the challenges it faces compared with the church of the Middle East and their thriving focus of faith. The church throughout history wrestles with pressure from the culture seeping in and getting our attention off of Christ and on serving ourselves. When we compare this to the growing Christian presence in the Middle East, we find an odd contrast from a church with all the blessings and abilities but a lack of conviction and a church being persecuted endlessly that is thriving. We look at the cause behind this and how we can engage in our faith while not caving in to the pressure of the world around us. And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: ‘The words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God’s creation. “‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. For you say, I am rich, I
