The power of Pentecost is the power of generosity, the power to freely give. It is not positional. It is not about dominion. It is not about creating a hierarchy or ruling over others. It is about a leveling out of the field, of opening up access to God, it is about sharing the Good News, being a witness of Jesus, offering the freedom of forgiveness to everyone.
