Nathan Hodges is the Managing Director of TrinityP3 in Australia and New Zealand. But before this he had an extensive career in advertising and particularly in Account Management and Agency Management. He shares his view of the role of what is often mistakenly called Account Service and the importance of focusing less on the concept of service and more on the role of management and particularly leadership in times of growing complexity.
