Genesis 4:1-8. This message examines the importance of understanding and processing our emotions using the story of Cain and Abel from Genesis. In this story, we get to see God interject Himself into the conflict that Cain is dealing with, and in doing so, gives us some insight into how we might avoid falling into the same destructive pattern that Cain did.
