Today's guest is Natalie Norman – Founder of Growbright - the home of the airnest cot mattress. Before starting her own company, Natalie worked for many years in her family business's corporate empire "the Comfort Group" - home of Sleepyhead beds.  Natalie shares the transition from the corporate world to starting her own small business and the role that having her own family had in her journey.
