We wanted to dive into the juicy topic of balance. There is so much talk, both positive and negative around work/life balance. Everyone is either trying to achieve more balance in their lives or rejecting the idea of balance completely. I actually think it is time to re-define what balance for ourselves. Imbalance leads to exhaustion, overwhelm and struggle. So today, Laura and I are talking about how to find more balance.
