Speakers: Colonel Randall Larsen, USAF (ret) serves as the National Security Advisor at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, a position he has held since 2005. After a distinguished career of service in the USAF, Colonel Larsen became a leader in homeland security and in particular in the area of defense from a bio attack. In that capacity he has become the go-to expert on pandemic resilience for think tanks, universities, the press, and political leaders of both Parties. He was the CEO of the Bipartisan WMD Terrorism Research Center which produced the Bio-Response Report Card, the first and only stem to stern study of America’s pandemic resilience.
