What is Our role in Crisis Situation as Young Life leaders Kristen Leather, LPC. Has been a Young Life leader for 20 years and part-time staff for 14 of those years along with her husband Eric. She attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has done private practice on and off since then. Meredith McDaniel, LPCA. Has been involved with Young Life since 1996 and met her husband Ben through YL. She graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2010 and opened a private practice called Milk + Honey Counseling.
