The Torah = the Statutes (choqim) + judgments (mishpatim). Yeshua is the lawgiver who gave the Torah (testimony) (edut) which was given to the congregation (edah) to be a witness (ed). The nation of Israel was saved by grace through faith, and then they came to Mt Sinai. At Mt Sinai Yeshua gave choqim and mishpatim. We follow the Torah by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit. Our first priority in life is to seek the kingdom of God. Yeshua’s bride will follow His Torah. Yeshua’s bride will live with him in New Jerusalem. The God of Israel instructed His people to keep BOTH the statutes AND the judgments. Doing so will qualify you to be the dwelling Bride of Yeshua and live forever with Him in the New Jerusalem.
