In a traditional messianic Sabbath service, the Torah scroll has been brought out of the ark, and the blessings are spoken before and after the reading of the Torah portion, the HafTorah portion and the Brit Hadashah portion. After the reading of the scriptures, the Aleinu prayer is spoken. After the scripture readings comes the Aleinu prayer.
