One of the items on the Passover Seder plate is a shank bone. It represents the Passover lamb that was sacrificed. Yeshua is the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. We also have matza on our Seder plate. Leaven represents sin. Matza is unleavened bread. Matza is a picture of Yeshua who is without sin. The matza is pierced.
