I'll Call You Right Back

This week, I sit down with Ben Bartilson to talk about his restaurant Yoli's. Ben is someone who grew up around the same area we did. He was my brothers age and I didn’t really know him or talk to him but I knew his name from my brother and his friends. Fast forward some years and I hear about this amazing restaurant from my mom and dad. Lol It was called Yoli's. I swear every time I talked to my parents they were out to eat at Yoli’s. Antonette and I were convinced we needed to try it and we were sold. Every single thing we ate there was amazing. The pizza to the wings to the pasta. Just all around great food. I knew I had to get him on to tell me how he got things started. When you see someone you know doing something great it just makes me want to hear about how they made it happen.
