I'll Call You Right Back

This week, I sit down with Colin and Evan Frye of @silverhorsecoffee shop and @standingwavecoffee roasters. Colin and Evan are two brothers who grew up in the mountains of Acme, Pa near Seven Springs and now own a really great coffee shop and roastery in the area. This week, we talk all about coffee, the correct way to do a ‘pour over,’ the process of sourcing their beans, and how they decided to open their own shop and roastery. My wife and I were driving home a few years ago and saw their shop about a mile off of the Donegal Exit. We stopped once and we were hooked. Now anytime we’re in the area we make it a point to stop by and support these guys anyway we can. They have a great selection of coffee, baked goods, food, and local products available for purchase.
