Let’s get this out right up front: this movie F**KING RULES. If you know the Bizzle, you know that I could not WAIT for this baby to drop so I could rub off a full-body Bizzle commentary massage on it. And now this little nugget: NO FILM other than “THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK” is a better Star Wars movie than this puppy. Yup. That’s right. I SAID IT, goddamnit. Whilst “THE FORCE AWAKENS” drew heavily from — and somewhat clumsily attempted to (over)emulate — the original 1977 classic, the Giant Galactic Nerd Boner known as “ROGUE ONE” takes the best dramatic and action elements of “Empire” and “Return of the Jedi” and delivers a glorious, emotional, and continually amazing standalone Star Wars chakra-blast that is also a gorgeous and highly relevant war film. Felicity Jones — she of the Shy Sexy Chic — is an absolute home-run who provides both more emotion and more humanity than was initially on the page for her character Jyn Erso.
