Todd Maxwell with the Bureau of Justice Assistance’s Body Worn Camera Team, interviews Laredo Independent School District Police Department’s Chief Roberto Villareal and Training Officer Eric Villareal to discuss process of implementing a BWC program in a school district setting and the lessons learned regarding policy creation and outreach with juveniles and parents.
