Michael and Terry welcome two dynamic entrepreneurial leaders who also happen to be father and son. They are each mark by not only amazing success in their work, but they are men of deep humility and integrity. We had them on last week and the conversation was so rich, we asked them to stay for another episode and share about how they develop others.   Mark Lantz is Vice President at Agrarian Marketing Corp. On his way to Agrarian, Mark voluntarily left the corporate structure of Berkshire Hathaway (he was a VP at CTB, Inc.) to take a role as Athletic Director at a small Midwestern Christian College. Kory Lantz is Urban Ministry Director at Transformation Ministries in South Bend.
