The first shooting was in El Paso, Texas and the second in Dayton, Ohio. Twenty two people have lost their lives in those two shootings. Why do these shooting take place? What is the cause? Are your property taxes too low? Many politicians, bureaucrats and interested parties (PBIs), from both sides of the aisle, think so. What stands in their way to increase your property taxes is an amendment to the Colorado Constitution, the Gallagher Amendment.
