Commissioner Pugliese joins Kim with an update on the effort to gather petition signatures. The petitions would allow the question of Colorado being involved in a multi-state National Popular Vote to be placed on the ballot allowing the voters to make this very important decision rather than allowing the legislature to simply opt C
