Forgiving and compassionate spirit  . Imitate God’s goodness and mercy. .  To receive mercy is to get what you deserve, to receive pity instead of just condemnation. . When you are guilty, mercy removes the misery you ought to receive.  .                       “Shouldn’t you also have had mercy on your fellow servant, as I had mercy on you?’” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:33‬ ‭CSB‬ . You fellow servant, owes you little compared to what you owe God? . If you fail to give mercy you will fail to receive mercy from God? . “For judgment is without mercy to the one who has not shown mercy.
