This week I am joined by Intuitive Healer, Akashic Records Teacher, and Podcaster Josephine Hardman, PhD to discuss what the Akashic records are, how they are utilized, and what they can teach us. Josephine tells us about her upbringing in a deeply spiritual home where she learned about meditation, yoga, tarot, and energy healing from her parents. We discuss the ebbs and flows of the spiritual experience, how beautiful and disorienting awakening can be.
