Crossborn

Part Two of Pastor Rod Shorr's sermon on Forgiveness and Despair. "Forgiving each other just as, in Christ, God forgave you." Eph 4:32 This will come as a surprise to some, but the opposite of 'forgiveness' is not 'vengeance' or 'resentment' or even 'bitterness'. It is 'despair' : as the heart lunges backward into the grievances of the past, and loses all perspective of the wonderful things of God. This too...is a crossroad.
