I remember telling my doctor that I am constantly thinking about my knee and the pain I might experience. From the moment I wake up until going to sleep. The thoughts are always there in the back of my head before any movement I make. Even just standing. Months ago, I was watching the TV show Broad City and got worried for Ilana because she got dressed very quickly and went for a walk in NYC and didn't even look for a knee thing to wrap around her knee. I think that other people have knee problems too and wince at the pain they might experience! I told my doctor this story, and she just gave me a shot which did nothing. I wish someone had told me to examine my thoughts and get help with my thoughts!  So... I decided I needed to spend some time thinking (and writing) about my thinking.
