In 1979, Dr. Lipkin received his certificate of Fixed Prosthodontics from the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York. He is a full time private practitioner and has practiced as a prosthodontist since 1979.   Dr. Lipkin is an assistant professor in the Department of Dental Diagnostic and Surgical Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry University of Manitoba. Dr. Lipkin is Vice President of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics.
