It's never a surprise to find out women are immeasurably capable. Women leaders are all over the place. The fact is, however, they're not called "women leaders"; they're "leaders".   I am a practicing general dentist and the founder of Dentistry for Kids and Adults, a multi-location group practice with emphasis on family dental care and pediatrics.      After graduating from USC School of Dentistry in 2000, I spent several years working in private practices before opening my first dental practice in 2002. Later, I also started a software company.
