About Christine: My name is Christine. Living and sharing the ancient wisdom teachings of Yoga & Ayurveda in modern times feel my life’s genuine purpose. I am always interested in expanding myself and my knowledge by exploring and integrating the essential wisdom into my practice. As a travelling yogi, I have not yet committed to one place. Currently, I am in Bangladesh, supporting Mati NGO, a non-governmental organization that I have been connected to since my first voluntary stay in 2006. Mati focuses on poverty reduction, women empowerment, climate change initiatives, rural development and human rights in Bangladesh. The organization was founded in 1998 and aims to join all its human forces, energy, and love in the universal fight against poverty and towards life in dignity for all human beings, regardless of gender, status, colour or creed.
