Nicole Willits is the Strategic Initiatives & Sustainability Manager of the Pella Corporation. Nicole has been with Pella for over 5 years. She has been on their product side of the Pella and now has a new role within the company focused on product and sustainability. She comes from a commercial interiors background where she has won awards for the products she’s worked on.
