Sinopsis

This week, our guest Chad Cox Program Coordinator for the HOPE Senior Peer Mentoring Program at Northwest Senior & Disability Services joins us to talk about the H.O.P.E. Senior Peer Mentoring Program. Health problems, reduced mobility, the loss of a loved one, and other stressful life changes can take a toll on our emotional health. Senior Peer Mentors are volunteers who are trained to offer confidential and helpful mentoring using a self-guided workbook model. The program is free for those 60 or older and wishing to gain help managing their mild to moderate depression or anxiety. Don’t miss this show!
