This week we look at our first practice, silence and solitude. We discover that this was not a one off event in the life of Jesus but it was woven into the very fabric of his humanity and how he approached life. It seems like the more in demand Jesus was, the more He would withdraw into silence and solitude with the Father. This may be the most important, yet elusive of all the practices for us in our modern world of rush.
