Last season Manchester United sacked manager Louis van Gaal despite winning the FA Cup when the club finished 5th in the Premier League table and missed out on a lucrative Champions League place. Van Gaal was replaced by Jose Mourinho but this season United are still under pressure and outside the top four places so what, if anything, has changed?
