Today we are going west to California, to the small town of Bakersfield and talk to probably one of the most unique traffic anchors we have as part of EW Scripps. Officer Robert Rodriguez is one of the Public Information Officer’s for the California Highway Patrol but he is also the traffic anchor for KERO TV, our station in Bakersfield.
