This week, I sit down with Kevin Resnik to talk about his business CCR Gardens. CCR Gardens is a ‘market garden’ Kevin and his wife Megan started in 2018. They specialize in pretty much anything your heart desires. I first learned about their spot after my brother just randomly had boxes of veggies showing up at his house. He explained to me that a “local dude” who he went to school with started a garden and this is a weekly subscription which provides you with a delicious selection of seasonable vegetables for you to utilize in your cooking. I thought it was such a cool idea and being a local business from where I grew up, I knew I had to have them on to learn about them. This week, Kevin and I talk about everything from how him and Megan turned a small hobby into a great asset to the community to what you can do to help make your garden at home thrive.
