This week, I sit down for a long overdue conversation with the one and only Andy Kwaitkowski. Andy has been the head brewer over at Hitchhiker Brewing since the beginning, and this week, he stops by the studio to chat about the fantastic craft beer scene that Pittsburgh has been cultivating over this last decade. This is my first conversation with one of the big dawgs from the beer world and I was happy to have a journeyman like Andy in to let me ask him apprentice level questions.
