This week I sit down with Publisher, Author, Speaker, and Entrepreneur Carrie Severson to discuss her new book "Unapologetically Enough: Reshaping Success and Self-Love." Carrie opens about going on a spiritual quest to figure out who she was at her core. Carrie shares her practice of writing love letters to her heart, her body, and the universe and how this dialogue allowed her to grow her own internal resources of self-love and authenticity.
