I thought it was time to bring out the big guns and share with you some stories of commercial property that I’ve been involved with over the course of my career that were absolute horrors at the time… I look back on them now and laugh, but also thank goodness I experienced them because it’s made me a better surveyor today. I thought I’d share some of them. Every property is different. Every tenant is different.
