Sports Talk With Jock Wilson

Jacques Thibualt is an Olympian, the former GM of the Olympic Oval, an original member of Canada's Own the Podium Program, He has worked with the Russian OTP program and now consults for China.  While high performance sport has always been his life, his real passion is Special Olympics and now he is changing expectations with a new book and program for invividuals with an Intellectual Disability.
