It seems to be such a non-compromising teaching, and when you read in the course's workbook, The Truth is true, and only the Truth is true. That sounds very non-compromising. And Jesus continues, You have to accept both aspects of this statement to realize what I'm talking about. You have to understand the first aspect, the Truth is true, and you have to understand the second aspect that only the Truth is true to experience eternal life. The ego's belief system is a compromise on our identity. It's a belief we're something we're not that makes you experience a world in which separation, duality, and opposites are seemingly real. None of the world's laws would make sense without believing in opposites.
