I confess: I hate the term self-care. Always have, probably always will.  But Jaime McLaughlin helped me see that I'm not alone: she ALSO dislikes this term because it's been completely taken over by commercialism that tells us we just need one more manicure, one more massage, one more vegan, super sparkly bath bomb - to be happy.
