Our World Hour Of Power

Since February, I have been photographing 50 Queens chefs as the foundation of a tribute to the Queens food industry making it through the pandemic. These are not just any photographs -- they are holding one item in their kitchen or restaurant which holds great meaning to them (it can not be a food dish or award).
