Often employers make promises to get employees in the door. It is especially true now, as it seems there are never enough people to fill every role. When an employee comes in with a promise, and that thing never manifests, they will leave. Your team needs to know what is in it for them and that you will follow through on it. Training, opportunities, and partnering with team members for their health and wellness are all promises that mean the world to potential employees.
