DARLENE BATATIAN: Terracon has been in Utah since 1980 and thanks to Utah’s robust economy, our Utah team has grown to 150 engineers, scientists, technicians & administrative staff, and we are celebrating our expansion into northern Utah with a new office and lab based in Ogden. Terracon supports projects like Brownfields redevelopment – taking potentially contaminated land and making it safe and useful for new projects. We are providing the construction quality assurance testing and inspections for Salt Lake’s newly upgraded international airport. We also provide geotechnical engineering for highways, data centers, solar and wind farms, and we offer a GIS-based assessment software that aids site selection and enhances real estate due diligence.
