Joel Embiid has been playing magnificently over the last week, and his efforts earned him his second Eastern Conference Player of the Week award after putting up 53 against Charlotte following yet another herculean effort in overtime against the Lakers. Is all of this too much? It may sound like a broken record at this point, but what happened to the load management of the stars? Embiid and James Harden have logged heavy minutes all season. Recently, Harden’s management has been frustrating after what seems like he was rushed back from a foot injury.
