Can You Convert to Being An Israelite:  “In every province and in every city to which the edict of the king came, there was joy and gladness among the Jews, with feasting and celebrating. Numbers 9:14  "An Israelite today is Born of the Spirit and Not of the Flesh" - Pastor Dowell said this on Jason Whitlock show recently. I have much respect for Pastor Dowell, however, I agree and disagree with him and so does the scriptures. He is right to say that someone who is born of the spirit today (Following Gods Laws) is a convert Israelite.
