For most people, your gender is assigned even before you’re born into this world. Rarely are you encouraged to explore what gender means to you or how you want to express it. However, things ARE shifting! More people are exploring their gender and checking their assumptions of what gender is at the door. Exploring gender can be exciting and liberating! It can also be isolating, scary and bring up feelings of grief. For this show I invited my friend and fellow peer, Jade, to talk about gender and their personal gender journey. Jade identifies as genderqueer and genderfree, living their best life from a body that sometimes has multiple cocks, almost always has a pussy, and can get so switchy they f*ck any gender norms right out of the room.
