Sinopsis
After the De Sena case, Stacie Scott has to solve an intricate murder case with her loyal Frank Berrimow. Stacie will have to deal with her herself and recover soon from her love affair with Sam.
A brutal killer upsets the streets of New York with a series of crimes that bring turmoil to the police department and the whole city. The District Attorney will relay again to Stacie Scott to try to find the ”Cutthroat”.
