  Ethereum security opens for ARK Crypto - I tend to disagree here, there have been a lot of spears thrown at Ethereum as they prepare for the Casper roll-out and big name data scientists are among them. Dahlia Malkhi at the early 2018 Financial Cryptography conference showed great concern for the new protocol's safety and especially great concern for the fact that it isn't yet live for robust testing.  I'm not a huge fan of Ethereum, but a switch from Proof-Of-Work to Proof-Of-Stake is a great idea, in my opinion, but also an immense undertaking.  We're seeing a great deal of battling and advertising campaigns reigning fury down as company's who have dedicated millions to mining operations may be put out of work any day.  Be careful reading through the fear campaigns as the motivators are less about the currency and more about the politics and personal benefits.  This is the equivalent of a teacher's union finding out that online school is going to become the standard tomorrow

If you know me or follow me at all, you know I'm all about doing the right thing anytime I'm able.  One of my best friends just recommended a KickStarter project to me, dedicated to rehabilitating some Native Hawaiian land, feeding poor and homeless people, and best of all, doing it in a sensible manner.  They're using feral animals for food and are helping to regenerate approximately 4,500 acres of native land by doing so. CARDANO Cardano is striving to change the way crypto currencies are made and also design a system that will integrate with legacy systems, or simply work in their stead in places without enough money to make them work.  This project is a collaboration of the brightest minds from across the world, not claiming to be the best or the answer, but a best effort to provide a single, good answer.  This second part of the Cardano review will go deeper into the core components as identified by the Cardano team. Unusual Movements in the Business Market with BlockChain   We're finally seeing what the hopeful few have been talking about for years, business adoption of crypto.  An ICO I thankfully invested in early in 2017, HIVE is doing incredible.  Now my wife asked I look into something called Banana Coin.  If you're at all like me, you immediately assume this is another trash token made as a joke by someone to see how much money they can get from morons.  It turns out; this is in my mother-in-law's home province.  A company has been growing bananas in Vientiane, Laos for approximately three years now since early 2015 and they want to expand.  I don't know much, anything, about commodity stocks, but this token seems to have a legitimate purpose very similar to the conventional investment arena.  Their ICO is ongoing and from my perspective is a community service with potential for profit.   Banana Coin This is by far the most straightforward token I've ever had t

CENTRA Tech Centra, a credit card, crypto currency, wallet, blockchain, network, merchant services provider, and currency exchange.  If this sounds like too much to be real, you'd be wrong.  This company started selling tokens at $.50 each and their value has soared as they have developed an incredible platform, app, and credit card to make spending your crypto easy.  They did things the right way and managed to avoid the hazards of the Waves network shutdown, making them the only game in town for a period of time. HIVE This is an intro to an immensely successful, professional, and in business terms, a valuable company that I initially invested in at ICO time, HIVE.  I didn't invest a significant amount of money but still asked an excellent whale friend what he thought first.  He told me how stupid it was and how they would fall apart.  I explained how this business model and the case is already in use, but lacks an adequate creditworthiness tracker and also doesn't have the flexibility.  He told me to go ahead if I didn't mind throwing away the money.  A little beaten down that I would fall for such a bad idea.  Well, I did it anyway, and I couldn't be happier. Analyze Before You Buy*ICO Shutdown? Building Crypto Today Podcast Analyze before you buy, the market constantly changes I'm getting blown up from folks wanting to get into Crypto.  This is partly due to trust and rapport, but also because I'm warning them to think and possibly wait for a pullback.  Why wait? Well, the market is at an all-time high, as usual.  We've seen enough 1-2 month pull backs that we should be expecting another.  My expectation, a lot of money will pull out to pay for Christmas credit card payments.  Then we'll see a boat load of cash flood back in after US tax returns get paid in the March - April time frame.  This could all be completely wrong, I'm just guessing based upon my analysis of markets and human behavior.  My point in all this, look at the market history and the project whose crypto you want to buy before jumping in.   An ICO Freeze ?!?!?
