The Only Asset You Shouldn't Sweat Is Your Team
06/07/2023 Duración: 16min“You can’t train 100%, 100% of the time.” This is one of my own quotes that I strongly believe in and I took it from time spent in my sporting career. This quote also applies to business and how I think you should be treating your team. What I mean by this is if you push your staff members too hard, you will get the opposite result of what you wanted. This token of gratitude has a major effect on your employee’s work, especially if they don’t expect it. Nurturing mental health and looking after our wellbeing has become a huge part of modern-day life. This applies to when we are at work as well. Neglecting this and letting stress consume people, not only feels awful but will hit your business hard in ways you might n
