The Mississippi State Basketball Men's team had an impressive win over 12th ranked Missouri on Tuesday, and they followed it up with a three point win over the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday. The Women's team was able to get two wins of their own. They beat the Florida Gators on Thursday night, and they kept their winning streak against the Ole Miss Rebels alive with a four point victory on Sunday. If what one reporter in Virginia is saying is true, the Bulldogs might have their new coach already in place. Nikki McCray could be the next Bulldog head coach, but we'll have to wait for confirmation to know for sure. Staying on the the hardcourt, the Men's Basketball team has another big hole to fill. On Thursday, Robert Woodard announced his intention to enter the NBA Draft, though he will keep his eligibility intact and not hire an agent for right now.
