So I’m starting a music series where I talk you through the music I know and love and some music from the fighters in the beautiful sport of Muay Thai.

I talk about my sweaty, grindy session at Northern Kings and talking about the preparations required before I head to Thailand later in the year.

So as you all know... I have the tendency to be a bit crazy. With that comes the other side of my personality where I need quiet and some time away to reflect. In this episode I open up about some of the things I have gone through recently and how I try to put things in place to help it in future. A bit unrelated to Muay Thai this one bit hopefully something someone can take some value from.

It hurts to have to pull out from a fight. There have been people relying on you, tickets sold and more. Pulling from a fight isn't come to easily or lightly. It has been thought a lot about and the decision has been made. We move forward, learn from this and continue our perpetual motion towards wherever it is we are headed.

Cover first day back into routine, setting my alarm early and getting out for my first run of 2020. and walk you through my training that I did including clinch skills and a little bit sparring with some naaaaaaarsty fitness at the end.

In this episode we speak with Dani Fall about her career this far and where she sees herself venturing to over the next few years. So I am taking this opportunity to update you on some projects I am working on. I am working on creating some custom Muay Thai shorts that people can win if they buy a ticket to see me fight. I also discuss a project I am working on with a local artist to tell the story of fat lad through music and entertainment. I will he creating a new walk out tune that I can use on my walk outs to the ring and so much more!!

In this episode I discuss my most recent win (first round stoppage). The build up to the fight and a couple of pictures that made me think about some things.
